I work across policy, politics and public life, researching how people experience education, work and institutions, and translating that into ideas for better government, stronger public services and wider opportunity.

About

My work sits at the intersection of policy, politics and lived experience, with a focus on employment, education, opportunity and how institutions work in practice.

I’m a researcher, writer and policy adviser working on employment and opportunity, education, political attitudes, democratic participation and public service reform.

My approach starts with listening. I have travelled across the UK speaking directly with people about the institutions and transitions that shape their lives, then turning those insights into research, public argument and practical policy ideas.

I studied Accounting & Finance at Manchester Metropolitan University before completing a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
